Zelensky arrived in Poland

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Poland to take part in events dedicated to the International Holocaust Remembrance Day and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of prisoners from the Auschwitz concentration camp.

This was reported by his press secretary Sergey Nikiforov, reports Strana.Ua. There, Zelenskiy will meet with French President Emmanuel Macron and European Council President Antonio Costa. Yesterday, the Russian ambassador in Warsaw, Sergey Andreev, announced that Russian diplomats will not participate in the events dedicated to the anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp in Auschwitz, Poland.

On January 27, foreign guests are expected to arrive at the events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the concentration camp.

According to the ambassador, theoretically the representatives of Russia could also participate, but they will not do so, because the Western countries often distort the historical facts.
