The decision of the anti-corruption court to fully satisfy the claim of the General Prosecutor's Office has entered into legal force.

The Prosecutor's Office informs that 1 apartment on Vardanants street in Yerevan city, 1 residential house in Arinj community of Kotayk region, the total average market value of which is 300 million 650 thousand drams (about 750 thousand USD), as well as 56 million 667 thousand AMD (approx 141,000 USD) and 50,000 euros. It should be noted that the investigation into the properties belonging to Suren Gabrielyan at the General Prosecutor's Office began on October 9, 2020. The claim was submitted to the Anti-Corruption Court on April 17, 2023.
According to the judgment of the court on July 15, 2024, the claim of the General Prosecutor's Office was completely satisfied.

The decision to fully satisfy the claim was appealed by the respondents in the order of re-examination.

Acceptance of the appeal was rejected, which was appealed by the respondents in the cassation order on November 12, 2024.

On January 17, 2025, the anti-corruption chamber of the Court of Cassation made a decision to leave the appeal of cassation without investigation, under which conditions the judgment of the Anti-Corruption Court of July 15, 2024 entered into legal force.
