Having passed the "Pyunik" football school, Haroyan started his career in 2008 in the "Patani" team, which plays in the first group of Armenia. On April 7, 2009, he made his debut in "Pyunik" against "Cilicia" (3:0) in the 1/4 final match of the Armenian Cup. In the following season, Varazdat was strengthened in the main team of our team and gradually became one of the key players of "Pyunik".
