French football club "Monaco" and midfielder Paul Pogba have terminated the contract by mutual agreement. Pogba joined Monaco in June 2025, signing a contract until June 30, 2027, but the parties decided to end the cooperation early.
"Monaco" thanked the 2018 World Champion for his trust and professional attitude towards the club. In turn, Pogba thanked the club's management, teammates, staff and fans, noting that representing "Monaco" was a great honor for him.
The 33-year-old football player participated in only six matches for "Monaco". In 2024, he was suspended for an anti-doping rule violation, but the Court of Arbitration for Sport later reduced the sentence from four years to 18 months.
