To the journalists' question whether the faction has a decision on whether or not to elect Sirunyan, he answered that the voting is closed, secret.
"It is not correct for me to express my opinion on behalf of everyone.
This should be done by the head of the faction, the secretary, who are authorized.
When asked whether he is aware of the insulting posts of Sirunyan, who was nominated as a candidate for the position of a member of the Central Committee, and whether he will vote for him, Hakobyan replied that he will inform about his position by voting.
