The Baku court gave Ruben Vardanyan, the former Minister of State of Artsakh, philanthropist Ruben Vardanyan, time to study the materials, but refused to combine his case with others. This is reported by the Azerbaijani media.
"️The second motion to give additional time to study the case materials was satisfied, 10 days was given," Azerbaijani media reported. ️
As we have already reported, the court hearings in the case of the former military and political leaders of Artsakh began today in Azerbaijan. Among the accused are former presidents of Nagorno Karabakh Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, former commander of the Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan, former deputy commander of the Defense Army. Manukyan, former Minister of Foreign Affairs Davit Babayan and President of the National Assembly Davit Ishkhanyan. Despite his request to combine his case materials with others, the court decided to consider 400 of the 422 volumes separately. Vardanyan filed a lawsuit against that decision.
