President Volodymyr Zelensky has canceled planned visits to Spain and Portugal due to the difficult situation at the front.

According to the latest information, the United States and Ukraine will soon sign a bilateral security agreement, Washington will allocate another 2 billion dollars to Kiev. State Secretary Anthony Blinken announced this during his visit to Kyiv.

"We have not encouraged or allowed strikes outside of Ukraine, but ultimately Ukraine must make its own decisions on how to fight this war," the Secretary of State said.
