Armenia was not the opener of the Minsk Group, but the one who closed it. There are very serious geopolitical interests in the Minsk Group, which are not limited to the Artsakh issue. For almost three decades, the OSCE Minsk Group has been a closed format, perhaps one of the most secretive and closed international formats, where the three powers co-chair. Russia, France and the United States discussed important regional and geopolitical issues.
