Lawyer Seok. An attempt to forcibly arrest Yoon Seok Yeol could lead to civil war

An attempt to forcibly arrest the President of the Republic of Korea, Yoon Seok Yeol, using helicopters and special police forces, could lead to the outbreak of civil war. The lawyer of the President of the Republic of Korea, Seok Dong-hyun, expressed a similar opinion.

As the Chosun Ilbo newspaper writes, Yun Seok Yeol's lawyers do not consider it normal to use helicopters and armored vehicles of police special forces to arrest the president.

Such an idea is discussed by law enforcement agencies and external observers. Seok Dong-Hyu stated that such an attempt to arrest will first of all be of a demonstrative nature.

"We think it could even lead to a civil war," the lawyer said.
