Areg Gevorgyan, a member of the "Civil Contract" faction of the Yerevan Council of Elders, submitted an application regarding the premature termination of the authority of the member of the Council of Elders.

Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan said this at the session of the Council of Elders.
