On December 17, the Secretary of the Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan received the adviser on diplomatic affairs of the President of the United Arab Emirates Anvar Gargash.
The interlocutors discussed the existing partnership relations between Armenia and the UAE and emphasized with satisfaction the recent development of bilateral economic relations, as well as the intensified cooperation in various fields, in particular, highlighting trade circulation and tourism.
In the context of the above, the Secretary of the Security Council noted that in January-October 2024, Armenia's mutual trade turnover with the UAE amounted to 4.8 billion dollars.
At the meeting, the parties also exchanged thoughts on the "Crossroads of Peace" project developed by the RA government and emphasized the cooperation of the two countries within the framework of the project.
