RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced in a post on his Facebook page:

3. How many people are there in the Republic of Armenia who absolutely refuse to install a water meter, threatening to take drastic and decisive steps in case of being forced to install a water meter?
4. How many people are there in the Republic of Armenia who declare that they will leave the faucet open all winter because it is freezing? if anyone challenges this right, he will take drastic and decisive action.
5. How many people in the Republic of Armenia open the tap while shaving or brushing their teeth, and do not turn it on and off as needed? says.
There is no more important question, because all external, internal, political, economic, managerial, security issues stem from here, from how we treat our water, our food, our yard, our work, our problem. Our life in general. We want May everyone in the world treat us well.
But we don't treat ourselves well. You can write as many volumes as you like. But this doesn't change under any circumstances."
