Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that new military-political alliances are being created in the world at the instigation of the USA.
"At the instigation of the USA, new military-political alliances are being created, which are undermining the security architecture, which has been established for 10 years," the head of state said at the extended session of the Russian Defense Council.
He explained that the current US administration and almost the entire collective West do not give up trying to maintain global hegemony and continue to impose their "so-called rules" on the world community, which, at the same time, forces them to repeat it.
