On December 16, within the scope of my working visit to France, I met with the military advisor of the French President, head of the special military staff, army general Fabien Mandon.

Armenian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to France Arman Khachatryan was also present at the meeting. We discussed issues related to Armenia-France defense cooperation.

All areas of cooperation were discussed in detail: military education, training programs, military-technical issues, and issues related to regional and international security.

We both presented our approaches to these issues.
