According to the decrees of President Vahagn Khachaturyan, personnel appointments were made in the Ministry of Defense.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 35.1, Part 1 and Article 37, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law on Military Service and Servicemen's Status. "Samvel Minasyan was appointed as the commander of the territorial defense forces, releasing him from the position of the commander of the territorial defense and reserve forces," the decree states.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 35.1, Part 1 and Article 37, Part 1, 2 of the Law "On Military Service and Servicemen's Status" point. Appoint Smbat GRIGORYAN as the head of the main department of organization and recruitment of the general staff of the armed forces, releasing him from the position of the head of the main department of personnel management of the general staff of the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia," the decree says.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 35.1, Part 1 and Article 37, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law on Military Service and Servicemen's Status. Appoint Mher SHIRINYAN as the head of the Department of Armaments and Technical Support of the Ministry of Defense, releasing him from the position of the head of the Department of Armaments of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia," the decree states.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 35.1, Part 1 and Article 36, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law on Military Service and the Status of Servicemen; Vahram GRIGORYAN was appointed the head of the engineering troops department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces," the text of the decree reads.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 35.1, Part 1 and Article 37, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law on Military Service and Servicemen's Status. Appoint Aram POGHOSYAN as the head of the rear support department of the Ministry of Defense, freeing him from the position of the head of the rear support department of the Republic of Armenia," the decree states.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 35.1, Part 1 and Article 37, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law on Military Service and Servicemen's Status.
