This was announced by the Ministry of Defense of India in a message published on the information website of the Government of India.

According to the ministry, Singh will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation on December 8-10. On December 10, he will participate in the 21st session of the intergovernmental commission on military and military-technical cooperation in Moscow.

The ministers will "consider the entire range of multilateral relations between the two countries in the field of defense, including military and industrial cooperation," the agency noted.

"They will also exchange views on current regional and global issues of mutual interest," the Indian Defense Ministry added.

During the visit, the Indian minister will take part in the commissioning ceremony of the newest multifunctional frigate "Tushil" of the Indian Navy at the Yantar shipyard in Kaliningrad on December 9.
