"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"After thinking for more than two weeks, Deputy of the "Civil Agreement" faction Hovik Aghazaryan announced yesterday that he would reject Nikol Pashinyan's "request" and not give up his mandate.
Aghazaryan, let's remind, a few days ago, after meeting with Alen Simonyan, he made a statement that his friend from Russia asked him not to make any decision until he arrives in Armenia.
As for when the friend will come, he said it is not clear. it may come in a month or a year. It was clear that he was trying to delay as much as possible, not to go to confrontation with Nikol Pashinyan, neither to refuse nor to agree to his "request". However, we were told that after that announcement, the pressure became more intense.
He had very unpleasant conversations with the "tops" yesterday, received indirect threats, which hastened the publication of his decision.
There are reliable reports that in the near future the Prosecutor General may enter the parliament with a motion to deprive the MP of his immunity, to charge him in the case of the famous sheep.
Of course, these steps are a disgrace and a violation of the Constitution, but Pashinyan believes that it is better to be called a dictator than to be told that he is weak, his team does not even obey him."
