In April 2025, for the first time, an Armenian luxury real estate exhibition and conference for Armenian and Russian buyers will be held in Moscow.
With the primary goal of promoting investments in Armenia, medium and large investment projects will also be presented in the separate section.
All prerequisites will be created for creating new business ties between Armenian and Russian businessmen. The best new constructions of Premium and Luxury class in Armenia will participate in the exhibition, which will offer guests special conditions within the framework of the exhibition.
One of the most luxurious hotels in Moscow, "ARARAT PARK HYATT", was chosen as the venue for the event, which will be an important factor for demanding visitors and will create an appropriate atmosphere for new luxury buildings in Armenia.
Russian buyers will be offered mortgage lending through an Armenian bank, which will be a serious sales incentive.
A conference will be organized, at which the prospects of the development of the real estate market of Armenia will be presented.
Not only residential buildings will be presented, but also hotel complexes with high profitability. For the first time, a tour of brokers to Armenia will be organized.
Within the framework of the event, a Russian-language catalog will be printed, where there will be a place not only for the new buildings of the participating companies.
