The decision was signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to visit the Kingdom of the Netherlands (The Hague) from December 1 to 7, 2024. Kirakosyan will participate in the 23rd session of the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute to be held at the "World Forum" conference center.

Kristine Khanazadyan, Head of the Department for the Protection of Interests of the Republic of Armenia in International Arbitration and Foreign Courts of the Office of the Prime Minister's Office, will also travel to The Hague from December 4-7, 2024.
