Brent oil rose in price to $79.8 per barrel


The price of oil recovered on Monday morning after last week's decline, as investors assess the production situation and await the decision of the US Federal Reserve System (FED). It is 0.21 dollars (0.26 percent) higher than at the closing of the previous auction. Those contracts were down $0.25, or 0.3 percent, at $79.62 a barrel on Friday. WTI July futures were up $0.19, or 0.25 percent, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) electronic auctions. $75.72 a barrel. According to the results of previous auctions, these contracts fell by $0.02 (0.1 percent) to $75.53 per barrel. Brent lost 1.8 percent and WTI lost 1.9 percent during the week.
