Azerbaijanologist Tatevik Hayrapetyan published a video on his Telegram channel andwrote.
"The above-mentioned expert, Ahmed Alili, closely cooperates with the office of the President of Azerbaijan. In this interview, he simply admits that Azerbaijan intends to take new aggressive steps against Armenia in the near future, he even says the directions.
He notes that Armenia's non-participation in COP29 is one of the reasons for taking further aggressive steps by Azerbaijan. Sometimes intelligence data is not even needed to predict Azerbaijan's future actions.
They talk openly about their plans. All you have to do is listen and prevent the dangers in time, instead of inventing false discourses and considering the Declaration of Independence of your own country as a threat."
