The anti-corruption court decided to detain Seyran Ohanyan, Yuri Khachaturov and Robert Kocharyan in order to ensure their participation in the next session.

The secretary of the sessions said that Ohanyan and Khachaturov were duly notified, and Kocharyan's notification was returned with the note "unsolicited".
Kocharyan's lawyer, Aram Vardevanyan, objected to the court's actions for using the term "accused".
The lawyers of Kocharyan, Ohanyan, Khachaturov objected to the mediation.
They argued that their clients do not have the status of accused, therefore do not have to appear in court, and that forced submission is not legal.
