"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Yesterday, Ararat Mirzoyan, answering the question that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan stated that although some representatives of RA have registered to participate in the COP-29 conference, they are not participating, he said.
"No RA official has applied or registered to participate in the COP-29 event held in Baku."
And this means that once again the RA authorities could not agree on something with the Azerbaijani authorities, and they will not release at least some of our prisoners.
It is known that the RA government promised to send a delegation to Baku under the condition of releasing some of the prisoners.
