The agenda of the regular session of the National Assembly starting today includes two projects: "Against Kyaramyan".
By one, a special mechanism of disciplinary responsibility will be established for the heads of investigative bodies and their deputies, because special regulations for subjecting the heads and deputies of said bodies to disciplinary responsibility have not been defined by our legislation.
Secondly, the National Assembly wants to make itself accountable by law to the heads of the Central Committee, the Anti-corruption Committee, in the same way as the Prosecutor General, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the President of the Republic of Armenia and other officials are accountable.
The authors of the project are NA Speaker Alen Simonyan and a group of CP members. By the way, after the well-known hearings, within the framework of the proceedings initiated by the Kyaramyan-Aghazaryan incident in the Anti-corruption Committee, the son of the CP deputy who caused the conflict and the accountant of his company were also questioned.
But a "stop" has been given to the process started against the CP members. we wrote that on the day of the hearing, a group of deputies who made harsh speeches against Kyaramyan were invited to the party's Control Committee.
We are talking about Hovik Aghazaryan, Narek Zeynalyan, Lusine Badalyan and Arpi Davoyan.
