By the decision of the head of the food safety inspection body, the production activity of the dry goods factory belonging to individual entrepreneur Hayk Tadevosyan (Ararat region, Dalar city) was suspended.
As a result of control, violations of sanitary and hygienic norms were recorded here. like this:
the design of production buildings, their structure, arrangement and size did not exclude the cross-flow of food raw materials and food, contaminated and clean property;
the necessary technical maintenance and current repair of technical equipment, the possibility to carry out cleaning, washing, disinfection, insect disinfestation and rodent extermination processes of production buildings were not provided;
the floor tiles were broken, which does not allow easy washing and disinfection.
the ceilings were not secure, which does not prevent the accumulation of dirt, the formation of mold and the possibility of particles falling from the ceiling, contributes to the condensation of moisture.
the doors were not smooth, they were not made of non-absorbent materials.
all equipment, tools, utensils and containers in direct contact with food were not kept in good condition;
the workshop did not have a bathroom or a dressing room for the staff.
Mandatory orders to eliminate the violations were given, a deadline was set.
