1 square meter cost 703 thousand drams in Arabkir, 562 thousand drams in Nork Marash, 555 thousand drams in Davtashen, and 529 thousand drams in Kanaker-Zeytun. In other administrative regions, the prices of 1 square meter in June were: Malatia-Sebastia: 482 thousand, Nor Nork: 483 thousand, Avan: 473 thousand, Erebuni: 481 thousand, Shengavit: 483 thousand, Ajapnyak: 491 thousand.
The lowest price continues to be registered in Nubarashen, but an increase was also recorded here, from 236 thousand AMD to 271 thousand AMD.
