The leader of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that the country's armed forces had achieved another success by striking a Russian oil refinery located more than 2,500 kilometers away.
According to him, this Tobolsk region in Siberia is also now available for Ukrainian deep strikes.
