"Hraparak" newspaper writes: Yesterday, we learned that the punishment of Goris community leader Arush Arushanyan will not be replaced by imprisonment, the Anti-Corruption Court rejected the petition of the Probation Service, by which the service proposed to consider the fact that the community leader did not leave the position as a circumstance of not fulfilling the court's sentence and to re-arrest him and sentence him to prison. As we wrote before, on the instructions of Nikol Pashinyan, the law enforcement system delayed this decision regarding Arush and kept it until the end of the parliamentary elections, so that they would make a decision based on the work he did in the pre-election phase.
Judging by this decision, Arush served the CP like a smart lamb, worked with all his strength for the government, and Nikol Pashinyan is satisfied with his work. We learned from our sources in Goris that Arushanyan intends to re-nominate his candidacy for the post of community head in the municipal elections expected in the fall. This time, Goris is enlarged again by joining Tegh, Tatev communities, and the elected community head becomes a mini marzpetik.
