"Hraparak" newspaper writes: Accusing Nikol Pashinyan of falsifying the elections, Samvel Karapetyan recently announced the consolidation of opposition forces and "generating the street fight at the right moment". "Since we made that mistake before the elections, many opposition forces, who may have fought honestly, but overestimated their strength, we could not come to an agreement with many of them." Karapetyan called on the opposition to unite on one platform. Although some forces have already managed to welcome his proposal, according to our information, there has been no meeting or joint discussion on this agenda yet.
There was a general conversation about forming a common platform before the decision of the CEC to publish the final results of the elections and to leave the PAP out of the parliament, when the announcement of six well-known forces followed, which voiced that they do not recognize the results of the elections.
Before implementing this statement, during the meeting of the representatives of the opposition forces, the need to form a unified post-election platform was discussed, which was followed by the public proposal of the leader of the opposition, Karapetyan. However, according to our information, in the opposition field, they are slowly waiting for practical steps, an invitation to a meeting from Karapetyan, some were puzzled as of yesterday. The point is that on June 26, the petition of the opposition to challenge the election results will be examined in the CC, but the united opposition has not yet decided on steps, while Samvel Karapetyan hinted that they will initiate a rally. On the other hand, the CC claim will be examined for about two weeks, and there is still time.
