You know, Pashinyan or his prosecutor's office applied to the CEC for permission to deprive Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the Armenia alliance, the second president of RA, as well as Davit Ghazinyan, from "Strong Armenia", and three more persons of their immunity and to conduct criminal proceedings against them. CEC, of course, granted the petitions.
Who would have doubts. But what is special? the prosecutor's office and other "affiliated law enforcement structures" are so messed up that they went to fulfill Nikol Pashinyan's instructions at any cost... they dug up some deal and government decision from 22 years ago.
It is clear that they will use it against Kocharyan. In other words, they brought something that has passed all possible statutes of limitations and that has no criminal content, as the lawyers say. Emptiness, again.
In general, all this anti-legal "bacchanalia" would be very funny if the country and society were not in such a state. And the fact that all this is a "bubble noise", a "show", an order of one person, is most strongly evidenced by the extremely unbalanced situation of the same Pashinyan yesterday, with statements about smashing, crushing and similar things, calls for people to go to the streets, to make a revolution (if they do not agree with him). Even if people take to the streets, definitely not in the conditions of Pashinyan's calls and his threats to destroy them by "all means". People "took to the streets" - at least 730,000 people went and voted against the CP. In other words, the opinion has already said, which should be taken into account.
