Zhanna Andreasyan also emphasized that Armenia is actively involved in a number of CE platforms, including in the Steering Committee for Educational Policy and Skills of the Council of Europe (CDPPE), on the Cultural Routes platform, which will contribute to the development and deepening of cooperation with the Council of Europe in the areas of coordination of the Ministry of Education and Culture. , that the Action Plan of the Council of Europe for Armenia is a four-year strategic program document aimed at the further alignment of RA legislation, democratic institutions with European standards in the fields of human rights, rule of law and democracy. Longange also emphasized that Armenia is an important partner, and the development and deepening of relations is one of their priorities. Referring to the jointly implemented programs, the parties discussed the details of the CE program "Protection of the rights of Armenian children in the post-war context", which plans to carry out needs assessment and training of specialists providing social-psychological support to children. Zhanna Andreasyan, emphasizing the importance of the program, informed that from September 2023 The position of a psychologist has been introduced in all RA schools, the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological and Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers are also functioning, but the challenging situations require new efforts, as well as new training programs in order to develop the capacities of these structures. The parties also discussed the "Strengthening of Human Social Rights in Armenia" program, as well as the prospects of cooperation in the field of VET, in particular, universal inclusion. , issues related to work-based training and cooperation in other directions. Minister Zhanna Andreasyan informed that the National Assembly recently adopted the law "On Vocational Education and Training", in which, among a number of reforms, the state policy in the field of vocational education and training was specified. principles and state guarantees of a person's right to education.
