"Zhoghovurd" daily writes: "The pre-election campaign for the parliamentary elections to be held on June 7 ends today. According to the Electoral Code, tomorrow is a day of silence, when political forces are prohibited from campaigning in any form.
Throughout the campaign, the main political actors have already managed to present their plans, promises and mutual accusations, so it is difficult to expect significant surprises just one day before the elections. The prevailing assessment in political circles is that the image formed during the campaign will, by and large, be reflected in the voting results.
The results of various sociological polls show that the "Civil Agreement", "Strong Armenia", "Prosperous Armenia" and "Armenia" political forces remain in the leading positions in the election campaign. At the same time, two more forces have the ambition to overcome the temporary threshold: the political forces led by Arman Tatoyan and Gurgen Simonyan.
Thus, the electoral intrigue is mainly transferred not to the leaders, but to the forces fighting to enter the parliament, and it is interesting who will be the political surprise of June 7. Most likely, Gurgen Simonyan himself."
