According to the information received from the authorities, it is particularly important to follow the so-called additional lists of voters in the elections of June 7. In Armenia, the additional lists of voters usually include those citizens who are not on the main voter list, but received the right to vote in a given precinct on or before the election day.
For example, those who registered at a new address before the elections, servicemen, citizens in detention centers with the right to vote, persons not included in the main list due to registration or data changes as of the day of the election, citizens whose right to vote was restored by a court decision, and others. Additional lists are drawn up in accordance with the law and published at polling stations separately from the main list.
However, the point is that establishing control over them, finding out whether the basis of each inclusion is legal, or whether special people are registered in additional lists of different precincts to secure additional votes.
Did the person who participated in the election with an additional list in one polling station not vote in another polling station as well? By the way, there were rumors that this mechanism was used during the Vagharshapat elections, when dozens of people voted with additional lists, but this fact was not properly noticed by the opposition.
