"Hraparak" daily writes: Yesterday, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Yerevan on a short visit. He did not leave Zvartnots Airport, he had a half-hour meeting with Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan right there in the presidential hall, but he did not meet with Pashinyan. The signing of a memorandum of understanding was announced.
According to our sources, the memorandum is a document of no importance, and Rubio's visit was organized only to add a few votes in favor of Pashinyan. The point is that the EU summit held in Armenia at the beginning of May, according to opinion polls, slightly increased the rating of the government in several segments, and the external sponsors of the CP are trying to repeat the same.
