"Zhoghovurd" daily writes:
"Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper tried to understand who is actually number 72 of the "Civil Agreement" party's proportional list for the 2026 parliamentary elections, Ruzanna Yeremyan. Officially, he heads the Hakob Kojoyan educational complex. However, judging by his public behavior, his activities have long since left the sphere of education and have obviously moved into the political field. In recent years, Yeremyan has stood out in social networks not for his educational initiatives, but for his open political activism. His posts were mainly aimed at the defense of the current authorities and harsh criticism of the opposition.
For example, after the local elections of Gyumri, he publicly stated that the people of Gyumri "made a wrong choice", effectively questioning the decision of the voters.
Moreover, he also targeted Vardan Ghukasyan, presenting him as a figure threatening Armenia's sovereignty. However, the problem is not limited to social networks. According to circulating information, the political element is also active in the educational complex headed by Yeremyan.
Alarms have been raised that he involves the collective in meetings and speeches, where not only educational issues are discussed, but also clear political assessments. In other words, according to these claims, the educational environment is also turning into an ideological platform. A rather contradictory picture is obtained. On the one hand, after 2018, the authorities have repeatedly announced the depoliticization of the education system. On the other hand, today the representatives of the same system not only actively participate in political processes, but also appear in the electoral lists of the ruling party.
