According to the investigators, on March 31, the An-26 crashed near the village of Kuibyshevo in the Bakhchisara region of Crimea. There were seven crew members and 23 passengers on board. The Ministry of Defense of Russia reported earlier that the plane did not suffer any damage. The initial cause of the disaster is a technical malfunction.
