6 real estate, millions. Declaration of the deputy head of the market control inspection body

"Zhoghovurd" daily writes: "Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper studied the 2024 declaration of Artur Mkrtchyan, the deputy head of the market control inspection body. It should be noted that Artur Mkrtchyan holds this position since July 1, 2017. The study of the statement shows that the official presented a fairly comprehensive property picture by the end of 2024, with real estate, cash, loans, as well as credit obligations.

According to the declaration, Artur Mkrtchyan owns 6 units of real estate. "Zhoghovurd" daily found out that in 2024, he bought an apartment in Yerevan for 41,314,395 drams. In addition, he has another apartment in Nor Nork administrative district, which he bought in 2010. He and his family jointly own a private house, plots of land and perennial plants in Gladzor community of Vayots Dzor marz. Thus, the declared property package includes not only capital apartments, but also regional real estate and agricultural assets. Regarding vehicles, "Zhoghovurd" daily found out that Mkrtchyan owns a 2018 KIA car, as well as a 1983 VAZ.

There are also loans given in the statement. SAFARYAN SHIN LLC was provided with funds in the amount of tens of millions of drams, about 41 million drams. This circumstance shows that the property image of the official is formed not only by salary income and real estate, but also by financial assets that can generate income in the form of interest.

In terms of funds, "Zhoghovurd" daily found out that he has a bank deposit of 11.7 million drams, as well as 1,086.7 euros in his bank account. Cash funds amounted to 6,000 USD and 4 million AMD. These data prove that at the end of the reporting year, Mkrtchyan kept not only property, but also considerable liquid assets. Revenues for the reporting year totaled 15,428,892 drams, which were formed from various sources: interest received on loans, drams 2,924,725 from the salary received from the State Revenue Committee, as well as drams 11,549,758 from the salary received from the Prime Minister's Office, Market Control Inspection Body. From this structure, it can be seen that the main part of his annual income was formed from the remuneration received from the state system, but there were also additional financial flows. At the same time, "Zhoghovurd" daily found out that the official also has credit obligations. as of the end of the year, the balance of the loan was about 29.5 million drams, which is related to the purchase of an apartment.

Payments aimed at repaying the loan amounted to more than 4.1 million drams. This means that in 2024, its property expansion took place also at the expense of borrowed funds. The statement also states that 4.2 million drams were spent on the repair of real estate, and other large one-time expenses amounted to 6,770,575 drams. In other words, the official's cost burden in the reporting year was not limited to loan servicing or current expenses. there were also additional large payments.

Summarizing, it can be noted that Artur Mkrtchyan's declaration presents a fairly extensive property and financial picture of the official: 6 units of real estate, a newly acquired apartment in Yerevan, cars, multi-million dram loans, bank deposits, cash, as well as significant credit obligations and large expenses. This declaration gives the impression that it is not only about an official living on a salary, but a representative of a system whose financial picture is formed simultaneously in several directions: state salary, interest income, property accumulation and credit involvement.
