Attacks on any facilities of Iran's nuclear program, including heavy water production facilities, are considered a war crime, said Behruz Kamalvandi, the spokesman of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI).
"Attacks on nuclear facilities and heavy water production facilities within the framework of the IAEA Comprehensive Security Agreement are contrary to international principles and are undoubtedly a war crime," he emphasized in an interview with Iran's state broadcaster.
