In connection with the situation caused by floods in Lori and Tavush marzes due to heavy rain, the staff, including Lori and Tavush marze divisions, are working in emergency mode on the instruction of the Human Rights Defender. I am reporting this from the RA HRD office. "The HRD staff continues to carry out monitoring activities. In this context, the Defender will implement the entire toolkit within the framework of his mandate in order to guarantee the effective protection of human rights. The defender of human rights deeply grieves the relatives of the victims. The telephone number of the defender's hotline is (096) 116100," the message states.
