"Fact" daily writes:
Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced yesterday. "International recognition of the Armenian Genocide is not our number one priority.
Studying the tragic holes in history, the Armenian Genocide, or making it a number one priority is certainly not the agenda of the Foreign Ministry."
Moreover, at the moment of "tragic holes in history", the statement of Nikol Pashinyan's Foreign Minister coincides one by one with the current Turkish (let's say, previous ones) negative approach that there was no Armenian Genocide, there was a First World War, during which there were " tragic holes", which now, perhaps, only historians should study, and that on the basis of Turkish edited "archives".
In this regard, many people remembered and recalled the letter addressed by Recep Erdogan (then Prime Minister of Turkey) to the then President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, in 2005, the content of which repeats the position expressed by Ararat Mirzoyan, speaking on behalf of Armenia, sorry for the expression.
Although, what a position if his statement is an open expression of public denial of the Armenian Genocide.
Naturally, that statement did not escape the attention of both the opposition and, in general, the representatives of the politically active "non-Nikol" public. But, on the other hand, it would not be fair to say that Pashinyan's foreign minister's statement about denying and questioning the Armenian Genocide is a surprise.
In fact, these people, Nikol Pashinyan, his entire team, of course, have adopted and are implementing policies that are not in the interests of Armenia.
In that context was the subjection of Artsakh to disaster and depopulation, in that context is the spoiling of Armenian-Russian relations, in that context are the sabotages against the history and historical memory of the Armenian people, the attacks on the Armenian Apostolic Church, the division of the Armenian community, the sowing of internal hatred, the economic and defense undermining of the country. And, well, this is not an unexpected or unimaginable manifestation and phenomenon.
It's not like everything was fine, Ararat Mirzoyan suddenly made such an outrageous statement.
The "denial" approach of Pashinyan and CP is not a new phenomenon at all. Moreover, its "sources" can still be found in the articles and statements of the "oppositionist" and editor-in-chief Pashinyan.
Making fun of everything Armenian, presenting traditional values, historical realities in a deceitful and mocking manner, considering Artsakh and the liberated territories Azeri, all of that was not news, was it?
The continuation should be considered the seizure of power in 2018, after which this team embarked on the implementation of its destructive plans.
The screenwriter of the seizure of power, of course, deserves a special "Oscar", because the patriotism, the actions aimed at the surrender of Artsakh were masked by "urra-patriotic" calls, cries for justice and the fight against corruption, and the most primitive populism.
But... it worked. Another chord of denial of CP can be considered as the disintegration of educational, scientific, systems, distortion of the Artsakh issue from self-determination to territorial dispute, discrediting of the army and notable military personnel, and other similar manifestations.
Well, perhaps the "control shot" is that after bringing Artsakh to disaster, and also openly denying it, both Nikol Pashinyan and the "Nikolpashinyans" who represent him do not particularly follow formalities and cover-ups.
They simply package all their destructive, destructive steps and decisions about "sovereignty", "maintaining 29,800 square kilometers of RA", "peace", sorry, "wills".
The manifestations of denial are so numerous and almost on a daily basis that there is no need to remind them separately.
We mentioned about Artsakh. The denial of the territories of Armenia itself and the denial of the natural right of the Armenian people to live on their own land, regardless of whether it is in Black Lake, Kirants, Inner Hand, or in another place in Armenia.
It is also worth recalling the statement of "Nikolpashinyan" aimed at denying the Armenian Genocide, that the names of all 1.5 million victims should be found out one by one, checked, verified... More things can be said, but without additional and, even more so, emotional (other) it is not possible in this sensitive matter) from the expressions, it is clear what we are dealing with in the face of Ararat Mirzoyan and, even more so, Nikol Pashinyan.
From a purely political point of view, it is necessary to note the following. Nikol Pashinyan's government has completely lost its legitimacy.
That authority was formed by the results of the 2021 NA elections, where the KP promised, then, as a government, stipulated in its activity plan (it is an active document) that it would pursue the realization of Artsakh's right to self-determination and guarantee its security, and broke its promise. , the program, stated that the recognition of the Armenian Genocide is a national goal, and now it is already openly violating its written commitment. And who needs such "authority"?
Turkey needs it, Azerbaijan needs it very much. Maybe some more geopolitical centers. But not to Armenia and the Armenian people.
