On October 31, at 09:30, the crisis management center of Tavush regional rescue department received information that an accident occurred at the end of Yerevanyan street in Ijevan city.
It was found that the "Porsche" car (driver: T. M., born in 1973) left the roadway and hit the curbs.
Before reaching the place where the rescuers were called, the driver and passengers H. E. (born in 1996), G. E. (born in 1970) and Zh. E. (born in 1974) were taken out of the car. C. E. was hospitalized in a medical center.
The rescuers cut off the power to the car, closed the valve of the gas cylinder and E. was brought to the ambulance on a stretcher.
