Sources close to the government of "Zhoghovurd" daily report that yesterday Nikol Pashinyan came to the closed meeting of the CP Department in high spirits.
First, he thanked TKE Minister Davit Khudatyan for the victory in Vagharshapat elections, then he praised Argishti Mekhakyan in the presence of the 20-member board of CP and greeted Argishti Mekhakyan with applause. According to our sources, Pashinyan personally told Mekhakyan to be invited to the board meeting in order to congratulate and honor him for achieving victory in Etchmiadzin.
Mekhakyan and Armavir Governor Vahram Khachatryan heard words of praise from Pashinyan at the board members. Pashinyan has clearly shown to the CP administration that this achievement is the victory of the minister, governor and Mekhakyan.
Moreover, he noted that they opened a "light" for KP to hope for victory in the upcoming 2026 parliamentary elections. By the way, Nikol Pashinyan has decided that Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan and NA CP faction deputy Vahagn Aleksanyan will again be vice-presidents of the CP Department."
