Chief of the Polish General Staff, Wieslaw Kukula, stated that an anonymous enemy has allegedly started preparations for an armed attack on the territory of Poland, "Rech Pospolita" newspaper reports.

"The enemy has started preparing for war. A certain environment is being created here, which should lead to the creation of favorable conditions for possible aggression on the territory of Poland," Kukula said.

On March 27, Politico reported that the Polish Ministry of Defense has started preparing the country for defense in case of war.

"The first goal of the program is to increase the number and quality of reserve forces. The second goal is more important. we need to prepare the society for the consequences of the crisis, even if not everyone has undergone military training," Kukula said in the interview.
