Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan participated in the first Prayer Breakfast of the Republic of Armenia. The Prime Minister welcomed the attendees and noted that 2025 is a very important year for the Republic of Armenia, because for the first time in its 34-year independence we can say that peace has been established.
The head of the country emphasized that the Republic of Armenia lives in peace for the first time in its history. According to the Prime Minister, this is a long road that we have traveled, perhaps hearing too often and not knowing, looking and not seeing the road that God has prepared for our people and our state.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, what applies to the individual also applies to the state and it is very important to record, see, build the state's connection with God.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of introducing biblical principles into political activity and state administration. Speaking about the benevolence of state officials, the Prime Minister noted. "We often talk and constantly discuss, we think about what additional mechanisms to introduce to ensure welfare, because welfare is perhaps one of the most important issues in all countries.
And, of course, benevolence is a subject of reforms, benevolence is a subject of regulations, checks and balances, but benevolence is not possible without God's presence, benevolence is not possible without God's word." The head of the country noted that the prayer breakfast event of the Republic of Armenia is about the relationship between God and man or man and God, and it is very important that the relationship between God and man finds expression in the relationship between God and the state.
Referring to the prayer breakfast of the United States, Nikol Pashinyan noted that the peace process is an event that took place between two prayer breakfasts, between the prayer breakfasts held in February and November.
According to the Prime Minister, perhaps this has some spiritual significance and meaning. Nikol Pashinyan thanked the participants of the event for being present and speaking in the language of God. "The hours spent yesterday and today in this format give a great spiritual charge and energy to try to continue on that path or after rechecking, to try to be faithful to that path after being convinced, and to be sure that all of us, me, our Government, our state, the management team, in general, all the citizens of our country, are walking on the path that God leads us.
And I think that the path of peace is the path by which God leads us," said the Prime Minister, concluding his speech with the 31st Psalm.
