The United States must make a decision about whether Russia is committed to the settlement of the Ukraine issue. State Secretary Marco Rubio announced this in a conversation with journalists after the meeting of G7 foreign ministers in Ontario.
"We have to make that decision now. They made a demand that Ukraine cannot agree to," Rubio said, answering the question of whether the United States believes that Russia is not committed to peace in Ukraine.
Rubio noted that Washington "can only proceed from what it observes", while admitting that the Russian armed forces "achieved some success" in the DPRK.
