By the decision of the head of the food safety inspection body, the production activity of the kitchen of the public catering facility of "Yerevan N 11 nursery-kindergarten" ANOC (Yerevan, Rustavelo 19) was suspended.
During the inspection of the organization, the inspectors of the Center of the Yerevan State Medical Center discovered such violations of sanitary and hygienic norms, which are incompatible with the production of food. In particular, the kitchen was not constructed in such a way as to exclude the accumulation of dirt, the penetration of foreign particles into the food, the occurrence of unwanted molds, adequate care, cleaning or disinfection, the possibility of combating insects, the floor in the area intended for food preparation and processing did not have a smooth surface and was not in a new condition, the wall surfaces were not made of waterproof, washable, disinfectable materials, the ceilings were not secure, they did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, the possibility of particles falling from the ceiling, the doors were not flush, preventing them from being properly cleaned and disinfected. The director of the organization was instructed to take the necessary measures and bring the kitchen into compliance with the requirements established by the legislation, and a deadline was set for eliminating the violations.
