"I was not informed about it in any way, while under such conditions, a situation could arise where the head of the community would make decisions of community significance while his powers were suspended. Thus, the body implementing the proceedings ignored not only my interests, but also the interests of thousands of residents of the community", Hakob Balasyan wrote on his social network.
