A 19-year-old student of the "Kairat" club died during a football match


The Football Federation of Kazakhstan announced on its social networks that the 19-year-old youth player of "Kairat" Dias Toleu, who played for "Khan-Tengri" in the First League of Kazakhstan, died during the match against "Ekibastuz".

"Kazakhstan Football Federation received the news of Toleu's death with deep sorrow. We share the pain of his family, loved ones and team at this difficult time," the statement said.

Toleu fainted on the field in the 65th minute of the game for no apparent reason. He was taken off the field on a stretcher and was pronounced dead a few hours later. Toleu was born in Almaty. He played 15 games in the "Kairat" youth team, scoring three goals.

In the current season of the First League of Kazakhstan, he participated in 18 games and did not score a goal.
