"We are ready to sign the contract with the already agreed articles today. We are also ready to continue the negotiations on the signing of the peace treaty in general," he said. Responding to the question whether the issue of de-blockade was discussed during the meetings of the Turkish and Armenian Foreign Ministers, and what is Turkey's position on that issue, Rubinyan answered: "We have presented to all our neighbors and partners the "Crossroads of Peace" project, which reflects our vision and readiness in terms of unblocking all communications in the region. I see no reason why any of our neighbors should not welcome this project.
I think that Turkey should take a positive attitude to the unblocking of regional communications, because it will be useful for everyone, including Turkey," said Rubinyan.
