Iran welcomes any initiative to end a military conflict in Ukraine, particularly the recent meeting between Russia and US Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump during a briefing, Speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran Ismail Bagha.
"We welcome the initiative to terminate the conflict and hostilities in Ukraine. From the very beginning of this conflict, we have said that all contradictions must be resolved peacefully.
Therefore, we welcome any initiative to terminate the conflict, which comes from any state, "Bagha said.
